CULTURAL CHANGE

In order to prepare participants for cultural change it is important to let hem acknowledge what is typical about their culture as it is. Only then they will be able to evaluate the (dis) advantages of it in order to impact the motivation to change.

Interactive exercises show unequivocally the advantages of change. In a gradual process we align the personal ambitions with the company goals.

These interventions may take from a single 2-day session to a guiding process of a year with different interventions on group and individual level.
