Changes in the organisation or the surrounding areas can have a huge impact on group dynamics. Effective teamwork can become impaired, tension builds up, and there is big energy loss.
During teambuilding we try to create new inspiring group dynamics. We focus on improving mutual communication, cooperation, trust and the explication of expectations.
To achieve long lasting results we employ methods as action based learning and outdoor. We invite participants to reflect on the effect of their behaviour on others, and the differences in interpretations of behaviour. While using exercises in nature we enhance the intensity of the process.
These interventions may take from two and a half to five days.
