PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

This intervention is designed for as well starting or experienced managers as well as experienced professionals. More then often people reach a point in their career where there is a desire to review their goals and their career. During this intervention there will be focus on ways to influence others outside of the hierarchical base.

Participants will experience the effect of their own behaviour on the result and the environment. They will learn how to give and receive personal feedback. Discussions will be held on the pursuit and meaningfulness of careers.

This intervention and combined coaching can take up to 7 days in total, divided over a defined period.
