COACH THE COACH
Within organisations there is a huge demand for mutual coaching. An effective and cost effective way of dealing with this demand is to train suitable key figures in the organisation. They can be coaches and mentors in the organisation to stimulate others to pursue further professional development. The intervention zooms in on:
- Listening without judgment
- Differences in roles in mentoring and coaching
- Leave responsibility where it belongs
- Observation of the actual behaviour
- How to create Personal Development Plans
- Use “life histories” in coaching
- The exploration questioning
The interventions will consist of different modules (from focus on yourself until focus on the other and influencing the other) and may take up to 7 days total.
